All musicians will arrive 30 minutes before an event. Should a musician not attend the event for any reason, the client shall receive a refund for the difference between the booked ensemble and the actual ensemble which performs for the event.

Here is an example: A trio is booked - one musician doesn’t show up. You will be charged for the duo and refunded the difference.
