Duo con brio is welcoming quartet giocosso from the portland waldorf school at a public performace and dinner April 3rd at 6 pm for an evening of music and award winning food at Andina’s. Cost is $55 for dinner and music. Please contact Andina’s directly for reservations.

What a summer it has been!  The event bookings are up almost 40% from last year!  It has been extremely busy with an average of 5-8 weddings/event per week.  Duo con Brio is so happy to be part of so many of your lives.  It is extremely rewarding work serving clients on one of their most important days of their lives.  We wish to publicly say congrats to all the couples out there.  We would wecome comments from all upcoming and past clients about our service or suggestions on how we could improve.  Have a wonderful rest of the summer and a lazy fall. It is amazing what wonderful weather we have been having here in the Pacific Northwest.  It has been very busy continuing to perform.  We recently had the honor of performing two weeks in a row at the new White Stag Building in downtown Portland, for both the company Enviromedia and the University of Oregon.  Both events were wonderful, and boy did we have a great time.  Thanks to both companies for hiring Duo con Brio.  As we look forward to our booking for this next summer season please remember that if you book by December 31st of 2009 you will SAVE money booking at this years rates.  We wish all of you a wonderful few months of upcoming holiday’s. It looks to be a busy time for Duo con Brio.  Corey Averill will be performing solo cello for an open house this week at Renaissance Health, followed byt he Duo performing this weekend for the grand opening of a new and popular sushi Resturant.  It has been a good year given the chalenges in the world.  Again, this would not be possible without the great musicians (including myself) that have continued to work with us.  Thanks again!
